The Name that Defines this Work: A True Reflection

Our company, the Greater Palisades of Denmark, has given the name GPD A True Reflection to this work. The reason for this is that this rendition of the Bible is not another version in need of a fancy name. It is very special and cannot be assimilated to other versions or treated as such. This translation is for real! This is A True Reflection of the Greek into English in style, prose, content, and essence.

If for any reason one finds fault in the claim above or with our introduction and or presentation (they might unfortunately) and should refuse to meet the challenge of comparing our text to the ancient Greek text, we would say to them: stay with your current version and please pray for us. As for our part, we feel that we have something very strong here concerning the Book of books our dearest Bible which has not appeared before in print. We will continue therefore, regardless of unfavorable views and comments, if any.

Only God can justly evaluate our effort. As we have stated earlier, our main objective in rendering the word of God in English, is to clear up the misunderstanding and any mistaken verses that pertain to the exalted person of our intercessor, the Most-holy Theotokos. For reference, these are the verses that initiated and gave us the motivation: Mt 1:16, 1:19, 1:20, 1:24, 1:25; Lk 2:5, 2:7, 11:27, 28; Jn 2:4. Though there are many other verses we have restored. The GPD A True Reflection translation seeks foremost to remain faithful to the original Greek text and can in no way deviate from that path in order to please the masses.
